Crisis reflects the beauty of humanity. As numbers of displaced workers continue to grow due to Covid-19 pandemic, more people are working together to help fill the gaps in ensuring no one goes hungry as we stay home for safety.
Pueblo Golf and Country Club located at the 400-ha township in uptown CDO organized a donation drive for its golf caddies through the generosity of its golf members. Three waves of donation drives
consisting of 5kg of rice, dried sotanghon and canned sardines were
handed out for the month of April. A total of 150 caddies and casual workers benefitted from the three-day donation drive.
Pueblo de Oro and the kind donors are grateful for the opportunity to help the workers and to show support as one community during this challenging time.
