- At least 1 year of work experience in administration, secretarial functions
- Required language: English
- Shall be responsible for the following tasks:
– Creation of minutes of the meetings
– Documentation and filing
– Consolidation of all needed reports
– Petty Cash Management
– Processing of bills payments and dues
– Preparation of Certificate of Donations
– Assistance in the preparation of reports and presentations
– Management and monitoring of office supplies
