Pueblo de Oro Development Corporation (PDO) presents its latest project offering, The Grove at Pueblo Golf. The Grove is an exclusive subdivision with a 360 view of the golf course.
The Grand Launch of The Grove was held last October 23, 2019 at the Limketkai Luxe Hotel in Cagayan de Oro City with CDO Mayor Oscar Moreno as Guest of Honor. In his keynote speech, Mayor Moreno congratulated PDO on its newest project and shared good insights about the steady growth in the area. He said “The uptown area where Pueblo de Oro started will continue to grow. It is proving to be very strategic because of many reasons like eleva- tion, good climate and proximity to Cotabato, Davao and Laguindingan.”
The project’s model units were formally opened to the public on December 7, 2019. The townhouse has three bedrooms, three toilets & baths, a flexi-room, balcony, and carport with provision for two vehicles. The two-storey units were designed with an Asian Modern aesthetic and provide light-filled living spaces crafted with comfort and style.
